Nectarines with Ginger and Cinnamon

 

4 ripe nectarines or peaches, halved and pitted
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon grated ginger


Preparation:

Combine ginger, cinnamon and butter, brush on cut side of nectarines and place on grill for about 5 minutes (this works best if fruit is not too ripe- you don’t want them to be mushy. (I ate this along side some grilled salmon the other night and it was great.)
